Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of asi-technology.com (the “Site”), operated by Applied Symbiotic Intelligence (“ASI,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Informational use only
The Site provides information about ASI’s methodology, work, and engagements. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional services agreement, investment advice, or medical, legal, or scientific advice. Engagements with ASI are formed only under a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, layout, and underlying methodology, is the property of Applied Symbiotic Intelligence and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. ASI’s methodology is the subject of patent-pending applications. You may view and share the Site for non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written permission.
Confidential materials
Certain pages on the Site are access-controlled. If you accessed those pages via an invitation code, a partner grant, or a team account, you agree to treat the materials as confidential and not to redistribute them without ASI’s written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent access controls; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ASI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites. Following any such link is at your own risk.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top when we do. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Support access by authorized personnel
To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services, a limited number of authorized personnel may access your account and the content you submit to it — including messages, uploaded media, and records — when doing so is necessary to respond to a support request, diagnose a technical or billing problem, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a safety issue, or otherwise provide, secure, and improve the Services.
We limit this access to the personnel who need it for those purposes, and information seen in the course of support is used only for those purposes. We do not sell your content, and we do not access it to target advertising.
By using the Services, you consent to this access. If you would rather we did not open your content while looking into an issue you have raised, say so when you contact us and we will tell you what we can resolve without it.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact form. We publish a form rather than an address so that no individual's inbox is exposed to crawlers; a person reads every message.
