Privacy Notice
Applied Symbiotic Intelligence (“ASI,” “we,” “us”) operates asi-technology.com. This notice describes what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the form on our landing page or contact us by email, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) for operational and security purposes.
- Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (e.g., hosting, email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry-related information for as long as needed to maintain the relationship or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you through our contact form — the designated route for these requests. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children
asi-technology.com is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top when we do.
Support access by authorized personnel
To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services, a limited number of authorized personnel may access your account and the content you submit to it — including messages, uploaded media, and records — when doing so is necessary to respond to a support request, diagnose a technical or billing problem, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a safety issue, or otherwise provide, secure, and improve the Services.
We limit this access to the personnel who need it for those purposes, and information seen in the course of support is used only for those purposes. We do not sell your content, and we do not access it to target advertising.
By using the Services, you consent to this access. If you would rather we did not open your content while looking into an issue you have raised, say so when you contact us and we will tell you what we can resolve without it.
Contact
Questions about this notice can be sent through our contact form. We publish a form rather than an address so that no individual's inbox is exposed to crawlers; a person reads every message.
