The department also counts with three specialized areas in advanced technology support, with solution experts as well as financial business model experts ready to offer the most efficient and effective solutions for any requirement, process or situation concerning our clients.
Areas within our Customer Support Department:
- Maintenance and Support Division: In charge of serving our clients and providing solutions for incidents presented, handling requests and requirements.
- Database Division: In charge of handling database and application performance matters.
- Version Control Division: In charge of the control, inventory and registration of our versions, to keep track of the personalized developments made for each client.
- Network and Hardware Support Division: In charge of ensuring there is an effective communication and technical infrastructure between our clients with ASP (Application Service Provider) and Grupo ASI.
